HYDE GIRO

Mr. Hyde 2019 comes from the highest altitude vineyard with which Curii works at 650 meters in the Sierra de Bernia. Made with 100% Giró old vines from Partida Planisses (Xaló), located in the interior of the Marina Alta region. It comes from its only owned vineyard, and is probably the oldest plot of Giró in the area, with vines approximately 90 years old, on very shallow limestone sandstone soils.

Mr. Hyde 2021 is one of their single plot reds. Vines of about 70 years planted at 650 meters in the Sierra de Bernia. Scarce 325 bottles with a pleasant perfume of ripe fruit on a smoky background. Fluid in the mouth, with a silky texture and a subtly earthy, spicy and characterful finish.
